Dr. Claudia Fisher-Buttinger is the founder and managing director of Lemontree Brand Strategy, a consulting firm based in Munich, Germany. She advises companies all over the world on high profile marketing and brand strategy issues.
Over the past 12 years, Claudia has helped many leading international companies including Siemens AG, UBS, Mars/Masterfoods, BP, American Express, Philips, LogicaCMG, Ulster Bank/First Active, KPMG TS and Schering to optimise their business and marketing strategy. She started her consulting career with the Mitchell Madison Group in London, UK, then worked for the London office of Prophet, a leading brand strategy consulting firm founded by David Aaker.
Claudia is the author of several articles on branding and has contributed to other branding books, including David Aaker’s book on Brand Portfolio Strategy. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a PhD in Marketing from the University of Innsbruck, Austria.
Dr Christine Vallaster holds a lecturer position at the University of Liechtenstein. She has published a number of articles in highly ranked academic journals such as European Journal of Marketing, Harvard Business Manager (German Edition), Journal of Marketing Management and Business Horizons.
Christine also works as a consultant in the field of brand management and has helped companies in China, Austria and Germany to develop and implement marketing and brand strategies. She started her consulting career with Bain & Company in Hong Kong (China).
Christine holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Innsbruck, Austria and is about to receive a postdoctoral lecture qualification in Marketing in 2009.
